Job Description

• Good knowledge of IIS, Windows and SQL trouble shooting with 4 years of experience in 24X7X365 environment.
• Expert in System administration (setups/troubleshooting).
• Monitor environments supported by the operations team.
• Incident Management, Initial research, proper prioritization and troubleshooting of events.
• Incident status and global communication.
• Severity 1 major incident management, act as a moderator during major incidents.
• First point of contact in case of any issue related to server, site, application or tool(s) issue.
• Provide Front-line support for tiered environment.
• Resolving all issues that are within the scope of their capability and are documented in the troubleshooting guide independently.Skill Set
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of strong experience of handling Web servers independently
