Position: IP & OP Customer Care Coordinator
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with a keen interest to do administrative role bearing targets guided by time frames.
Type of candidature: 2 – 5 years of experience in customer care or marketing or sales
Reporting to: Marketing & Administration incharge

Responsibilities of the role:
 Patient Counseling ,Prescription Monitoring, Conduct Customer Feedback Surveys, Monitor Counter traits, Establish Rapport with Doctors, Coordinate with PRA’s, Establish control over both billing and store, Monitor Encounter v/s Medicines Purchased, Guide Patients to Billing Counter, Effective Patient Grievance handle, Sales Monitoring, Inventory Analysis.
